The Company places strong emphasis on early discussions with all clients to ensure that all areas are covered in depth with regards heating, cooling, together with hot & cold water which is now a major consideration due to luxury plumbing items such as body showers, large baths and high flow rate brass-ware i.e taps The Company will always put forward a list of proposals for consideration. The Company can undertake final commissioning and hand over certification. The Company is happy to undertake individual one off designs for all types of properties..
The Company specialises in flat development both for new build, refurbishment and listed buildings. The package will always consist of heating and hot & cold water as well as boosted water services where required. The company has been involved in all sorts of specialist design projects where special concepts have had to be sourced. These have included special barn conversions, low energy buildings and conversions of offices into flats.
The Company has been involved in research and development as well as design of solar heating packs, which are used in conjunction with oil, gas & LPG schemes. The Company undertakes under floor heating designs and has been successfully involved in this area of the market place for some ten years. Our schemes can work for both electric ad wet central heating and can cover either the whole of a house or individual areas.
