	Founded in 1979 M. K. Mechanical Services has succeeded in becoming a familar name to the building services industry. With over 20 years experience our design team have been able to provide heating, hot & cold water service layouts to many of the UK's major house builders, architects, housing associations and leading manufacturers not to mention providing a wealth of technical assistance and site support.
The Company is an ISO 9001 registered and practicing Company. We believe that this is of major importance to all our working partners in order to be fully professional and create an environment where documentation freely flows to all departments ensuring that the clients expectations are fully met from the first contact through to completion of the project. M.K. Mechanical Services is a multiservice professional design company specialising in all areas of heating and plumbing design. The engineers involved have gained major experience from working closely with heating manufacturers with a particular emphasis on running costs and low maintenance costs. Our end result always being that customer satisfaction of the installed system is the most important item. The company works closely with Developers, Builders, Architects, Housing Associations, and contractors as well as the general public.
	The Company ensures that all designs meet all new regulations. As a Company we always promote the use of products such as condensing boilers and associated controls, this being important to recognise the effects of global warming. All areas of the design business, right from the design through to the final working solution must be achieved with green issues always being considered. The design engineers have all achieved on site experience in the relevant areas prior to joining the team.
The Company is spending considerable resources in order to identify more cost effective building service solutions. The Company is also a believer in investing in it's employees both through the training and promotion of individuals to achieve a greater working knowledge and personal satisfaction in the working place.

	The Company carries full professional indemnity insurance cover with Sun Alliance International to the value of £2m in each and every claim. A copy of our insurance is available upon request.
